The session starts at 7.30PM on Monday Jun 9 (sorry for the confusion)

We got a much bigger response than I expected, so whilst you could all attend this session, I will also run a second session on Tuesday if some people wish to attend that instead. This will make it better for the QA session after the main presentation. Here are the details :

To answer some of your common questions...

Where is it being held?

• On your computer in the comfort of your home or office
• Simply use the link in this email (you will get another on Sunday to confirm all details).
• You will login to a website where you will view and listen to the session 
• You will need speakers to hear and a microphone to speak

About multiple attendees from one club:

• It is your choice whether or not you all attend together at one location or separately.
• If you attend together choose the person with the biggest and best computer as the session will be less comfortable with a small screen.
• At the very least you will need working speakers - preferably use a headset with microphone and speakers for best results

Cant Attend? There will be more sessions throughout the year.

No longer an administrator? Advise your main club admin or your state admin you want your access revoked

It would be good if you could attend 15 minutes prior to the start of the actual presentation to deal with any technical issues that may arise.
