On October 9 and October 16 Smartspace will be migrating both Web and Mail systems on to closer and more powerful servers.
As part of our schedule to move our Smartspace system into Full Production Release we are conducting the following operations:
Mail Server Upgrade Completed Successfully!
Contacts through the website system will operate normally during that time.
We will be initiating an extra backups just prior to the upgrade (in addition to the normal daily and weekly backups and additional daily database backups) to ensure that the very latest of information is available in the unlikely event of problems in the process.
No code will be changed in this process and the migration is done via a complete image of the disk - not file by file.
A very small number of website owners will need to make a change in settings. We will contact you individually about this.
All other website owners and sports clubs will not need to do anything - all settings will be adjusted by us.
After this migration all updates to the Smartspace system will be done via regular code updates with full release notes. No other changes will be made to the live website system.
At the end of October we will be progressing to the full release of our Smart Website Edit system.
