Because of this, we require complete business information so that you can be

• Found by our database search
• Once found, contacted either by phone or email
• Or perhaps the web user just wants to know your street address so that they can come and spend some money at your business

No Third Party Contacts

1. We guarantee that we will not provide yout details to any third parties ever, except if required to do so by law.
2. We do not show your email address to anyone. Emails are sent through a form where your email address is never seen.
3. You will not  be bombarded constantly with emails from us, although we do reserve the right to advise you, from time to time, of the latest features in Smart Space

How it Works - Basics

The Set Up Wizard guides you through each step of the process. You can easily come back to it at any time and resume the set up.

Basic Registration + Trader Preferences = FREE directory listings

• When you progress through the first two set up stages (this takes a few minutes) your are eligible for FREE directory listings in Smart Space and perhaps other relevant business directories.
• You can link to a very simple information panel containing the details you have provided or you can link to your own website if you have one.
• Advertisements may appear on the same page as your listing  and info panel

Add Your Bookable Resource Information = Free Basic Web Page

• Once you add the types of resources how many you have, this now appears in your Information panel
• You can add your own page header to individualise your web page

Add Your Opening Hours = Free Online Booking Sheet

• Once you add the opening hours information to your record, you and your customers can use the Booking Sheet at no cost to you (you will need your own broadband access)
• You can make unlimited Bookings as can registered Smart Space users
• Advertisements may appear on the same page as your Booking Sheet

Pay the License Fee = Full Access to all Smart Space Management Tools

• At any time you can convert your free booking system with limited features to the complete Smart Space system
• Get an incredible array of business tools especially designed for the sports and fitness industries
• Do everything better with less effort in Smart Space

Please Note!

Squash Australia and Smart Space have got together to allow Australian Squash centres and clubs to be eligible for special discounts. They must register through OzSquashVenues.com.

• When you register, just ensure that you tick the "Allow Smart Space Registration" box.
• You will be sent your special log in details .
• Once you log in, go to "My Business Connections" and your venue listing will be there
• Click on "Set Up" to continue the Smart Space registration process.
