The Control Panel is the hub of the SmartSpace system.  When first setting up SmartSpace use the Setup Wizard to guide you through the process.

• Bookable Resources - Resource Category Spaces (eg Squash Courts, Tennis Courts, Function Areas)
• Resources or Spaces (e.g. Tennis Court 1, Tennis Court 2 , etc. etc.)
• Opening Hours and Holidays

This creates your basic booking sheets.  After this is set up properly I suggest the following;

• Set your Content preferences
• Insert your staff
• Set up prices and price codes
• Set Up Programs and Program Instances
• Create Booking Groups.
