Copy Incoming Mail to Another Email Address

Users can copy emails to other addresses themselves, using the Smartmail interface.

You can use the manageseive filter system to filter all emails to another email 

  • navigate to the webmail
  • log in to your account
  • go to personal settings > filters
  • make sure the manageseive filter set is selected
  • click the plus icon below the filters column
  • create a filter to copy all emails to a selected address
  • give the filter a name then select incoming mail: all messages
  • select send a message copy to in the execute the following actions field, then add the email address you are copying to
  • save the filter

All incoming emails will be copied to the selected email address. you can change or add at any time

Send a test email from another account just to make sure it is working
