How to Reactivate a Membership and Change clubs

This shows how to reactivate a deactivated membership (in a networked system) and change clubs for the deactivated member

Where a club member has a membership of a state or national assocation through the club, the membership can only be managed through the association website.

Go to the record of the person in question using the list on the Search page or using one of the search features (Database Manager)

  • Reactivate Membership
    • Go to Membership details (action bar) > View History > (Click name of membership)
    • Tick the Reactivate Record box then Update Membership Record
    • Ensure that the payment details are correct
    • Return to the Record Summary and ensure that the person has an Active Database status ( the status is in the Action Bar summary)
    • Click Participant Infomation > Edit then tick the Active box then Update if required
  • Change Clubs
    • Click the Edit link in the Individual Details area
    • Select the relevant club in the Associated With: field
    • Update the record.
    • You can Process the record and Print Cards are required
  • The member now has an active association  membership with the new club
