ATTENTION! If you have a recent Smart Mail account it is probably hosted on our new service. Please click here for help and settings for the new server
your contact forms are configured to save the people contacting you, in the database, so you have a record of them. (please advise if you did not get the accompanying contact form email - or check your junk mail - see below)
because users do not need to log in to send a form, the system checks to see if people who have previously registered, are contacting you again.
this email always accompanies the contact form to let you know the status of that process.
in this case, the person who contacted you was already in the database and the system used the info they provided to update the database.
the link in the email goes to the management page in the database manager for that person.
there are four possible emails

ps. you should ensure that you whitelist smartmailhq.com in your email system if possible to ensure that all email sent from the smartmailhq.com server goes to your inbox, not your junk mail
the reason why you may get the email about the rego and not the contact form is that the contact form has a non smartspace email address as a reply to address, and some email systems will identify that as spam. we put a smartmailhq.com "sent from" address so that you can whitelist and get all emails from smartmailhq.com
