A client had a link from their main menu to a page which held the current "Special of the Month". Each month she would change the content of the page. She would promote this page through a monthly mailout to subscribers.
However, a person who might see this page come up in a search engine, might consider the content out of date when seeing the results on the Search page. It also makes it harder to see how effective each month's promotion really is, as you cannot definitively tell where the clicks have come from.
Instead, I suggested that she create a new page for each month which may help the content to maintain relevance and increase the chance of a potential client clicking the search result, instead of bypassing it for something more relevant. It is also easier to keep a tight track on the click throughs from the promotional email.

This will eventually create a Special for each month, which can be used from year to year. it also is more search engine friendly. Promote your new landing page using your Cusomer Manager, ensuring that you mark the bulk email with the unsubscribe link.
You can check the results of your work by viewing the Google Analytics for that page.
Leaving the same page in place may help you to get into search results, but lack of relevance may reduce the chance of getting the click from interested visitors
